Meet Tyra

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, a Certified Life Coach and the founder of Synergy. My life’s work has been with youth and families for over 31 combined years as a school counselor, crisis team member, sexuality educator, and mentor.

 After working with children and youth and their parents, I felt compelled to help parents enhance their relationships and foster an environment that was a safe haven for their children both young and old. I desire to be an integral part of your support system by providing a confidential, non-judgmental space for you to be yourself and share. A space where you develop new skills and strategies for living well. A space where you will have a listening ear without any strings attached; Where you can give yourself permission feel and be heard.
